'VIAL' - Vinyl Theatre (Ryan O'Rourke Mix)

A track I got access and permission to use as a member of the URM Academy, It's a very well-recorded and well-produced Alt-Pop song that I'm lucky enough to mix for my portfolio. The drums are big and punchy, the guitars are clean and loud, the bass is solid, and the vocals are snug in the mix.
This track is used with permission by Vinyl Theatre and URM Academy. The original production was done by Vinyl Theatre, Mixed and mastered by Joel Wanasek. This new mix is an unofficial version and not on the actual release.

'Feel It's Chest Beat' - Spectrum (Single)

As I was sick with a nasty cold, I needed music with a punch that could clear my sinuses, so I decided to delve into the "Riddim" sub-genre of Dubstep. I find the mix to be pretty even, although slightly sub-heavy, which I find fits the character of the track and the genre.
Very proud of my sound design for this project.
'One Motion' - BIGMOH (Single)

A much more stripped-back track for BIGMOH, I leaned in much more into a less processed sound for his voice, choosing to give it a slightly darker character to match the instrumental.
As always, Mindflow records has been a pleasure to work with, and I can't wait for their next project.
